“The pool was not working which after a long day of travelling my niece was very excited to be able to unwind in the pool, so finding out she wasn’t able to was very disappointing, this information should be made available online. The rooms are very poorly lit making them very dark and unwelcoming. The TV did not work and the cable box wouldn’t turn on either. Very disappointed for the price we paid”
